We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Design, organize, modify, and support an organization’s computer systems, including operating systems, business applications, security tools, web servers, email systems, and user hardware (laptops, PCs).
• Quickly resolve any system failures and troubleshoots issues.
• Upgrade and manage hardware and software.
• Ensure high-level security and efficiency resulting in 100% output.
• Offer technical support and training for staff.
• Secure system integrity from any breaches or viruses and play an essential role in risk-mitigation planning, including creating backup plans, safeguards for data, user security policies, and identity management.
• Develop and execute backup and recovery plan.
• Managing all aspects of a company’s cloud-based application including its comprehensive user access permissions.
• Setting up cloud-based applications according to a company’s specifications and needs.
• Controlling cloud application access to ensure that all company employees receive access to appropriate resources.
• Troubleshooting issues with any cloud-based applications.
• Communicating with a company’s employees or executives to identify any new corporate needs, and tailor existing cloud structures to accommodate them.

• English speaking proficiency.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administratoror similar role.
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
• Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
• Excellent communication skills.
