We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to act as that business conduit. The Merchandiser will be responsible for working with our Product Development team to make sure that the sales attract attention of customers with new design concepts as per recent market trends. Merchandiser will also be responsible to follow up with different stakeholders for better customer experience.

• Planning and developing merchandising strategies.
• Collaborating with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.
• Analyse sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
• Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
• Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets.
• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.
• Build constructive customer relationships and team with stakeholders to build pipeline and close deals.
• Remain up to date with industry’s best practices.
• Co-ordinate with the new product development team (design, CAD, sample) with respect to keeping up with recent trends.
• Follow jewellery design publications, exhibitions, etc. to understand new design trends.
• Liaison with the CAD team for the 3D development of the shortlisted designs.
• Present the new products to the marketing team and brainstorm ideas to maximize the reach of the product.

• HSC passed/ Diploma/ Certification in designing or equivalent experience in High end Jewellery industry for US/Overseas market.
• Min 8 Years experience for Senior Merchandiser
• Min 1 Year experience for Junior Merchandiser

• 1 Junior Merchandiser (Middle-East Market)
